  : The location was great and a lovely balcony.
  : You had to go to the office to collect the keys which was a 20 min walk from the accommodation. The only instructions you got was the address and near the casino. We were lucky as we got a private transfer and I asked him to take us there as we arrived at 8.00 at night. Would have been better if they had a lock box at the apartment. The apartment good do with a bit of a refresh.

  : The location was great but needs a little tidy up especially the sink in the bathroom it was a health hazard I would go back as we had a good time every thing else was great

  : Scaffolding and work being carried out in the apartment next door. Took away our view that we seen advertised and was woke up at 7.30 every morning with the workmen banging. We couldnt even go for a nap in the afternoons as they didnt stop til around 6/7pmPaid for a place to sleep and got about 3 hours a night!Got stuck in the lift of the apartment for a while and needed an engineer to get us out. Lift was then out of use for 2 of our 3 days there meaning 2 disabled and mobility challenged people left to get up and down 6 flights of stairs every day.

  : Never received an email explaining that the keys had to be picked up remotely. No assistance from the office and had to walk approximately 40 minutes with all the luggage to get the keys and then back again. When I asked for confirmation of the location I was told "use Google Maps". Then the keys had to be taken back to the office on check out even though a cleaner was due. The apartment was generally fine but the agent needs some severe hospitality training.
