  : The price and it was clean when we arrived
  : Stayed 10 Days and the apartment was not cleaned once even although the arrival literature stated would be cleaned every 4 days .On the 5th day we heard the cleaner in next apartment and asked if ours could be cleaned but she argued that our apartment had been cleaned on the previous day which was completely untrue.She then called management and after discussion they agreed to at least change the towels for us .After that the apartment was not cleaned and towels were not changed again .There is a bar in close proximity to the block which plays extremely loud music from around midnight until 04.00am sometimes 04.30am from Thursday thro Sunday we had to buy earplugs to try and get some sleep .At the pool very few sunbeds about 10-12 and the management allowed other residents to put towels and bags etc on them early in morning 08.00 even though they would not show up till well into the afternoon to use the sun-beds. Not one day did we get a chance to spend time on a sunbed as we did not want to deal with the inevitable confrontation and aggression that would follow.

  : Cleaner didn't clean room once over 8 days .An older staff member was extremely rude when asked for toilet paper.Bed too small for an 8 year old and no bedding for him.
