  : The location and staff were amazing. Loved the pool and pool area. Very clean and felt safe as it was gated and had cameras. The bar was really good. We got lovely cocktails by the bar for 6.We also had a love big balcony on 13th floor
  : We had bunk beds. Not ideal for women in 50s! It was also extremely uncomfortable. In fairness when I said it at reception , Marie offered to sort it but I slept on the. Sofa bed which was very comfortable.The lock was broken on the public toilet/shower room downstairs. My friend and I both got locked in separately but Im informed it has now been fixed. Other than that it was perfect!

  : Location good, apartment was clean and had been updated to a good standard. All staff are nice and friendly, ready to help if asked. Pool bar staff also nice and friendly.
  : Not so much didn't like but would have been nice to have umbrellas around pool area.

  : Found the apartment very spacious, plenty of towels, fantastic shower, hot water all the time. The little pack with washing up liquid etc was a bonus. Was very happy as we requested a twin room instead of bunk beds, and we got that.
  : Could do with a couple of sun loungers on the balcony, it was a great size but missing the loungers

  : Perfect location for both old and new town Benidorm. A short walk to shops, restaurants and beach. Secure entry into complex and nice large balcony. Good walk in shower. Jesus was particular helpful.
  : Pool bar was only able to offer drinks and no food. Not as good as it used to be. The bathroom was clean but the underside of the toilet seat was badly stained. It doesnt cost much for a replacement. In the kitchen there was splatter on the walls which would probably wash off. Some reception staff not as friendly as in previous years. Regarding the first night payment, this was refunded on arrival leaving the full amount of the stay payable. This caught a few people out as they had budgeted for the first night already being paid
