  : The manager on reception was very rude. The staff in the restaurant are charhing the drinks for self service, be careful if you are on half board. DRINKS ARE NOT INCLUDED!

  : Great location. Room has most the facilities needed. Nice outdoor seating area on ground floor rooms. Lovely breakfast. Nice bathroom.
  : Currently in the middle of a refurb so a little chaotic outside with construction noise. Cockroaches in our room (expected on ground floor but still not nice!). No air conditioning in 30+ heat was unbearable. Only small ceiling fan.

  : The complex and apartment were totally unsuitable for me. It was so bad we had to cut our holiday short and pay for flights home after a week. As I have mobility issues, the complex was a big struggle as it is on a steep gradient and a steep flight of steps to the apartment door. We did go to reception to see if we could get a more suitable apartment but the receptionist was so unhelpful and made me feel like I was a nuisance. Had we know what the complex and apartments, ones with steep steps to them, we're like we would not have booked Los Olivios. I always check out the type of complex/apartment before booking and feel I was misled with Los Olivios. As for cleanliness, the cleaners were very lax. One day they did not even change the towels which were all damp. I had to go to reception where I was given only 2 bath towels and no one collected the damp/dirty ones.On the subject of towels. When we arrived we had lovely big soft towels in the apartment. Alas that was the only time as we were then given small, rough, not very absorbent ones.We booked this as it said it was a Premium apartment.My understanding of the word premium must be very different to yours.If my only option to go to Tenerife was staying in Los Olivios, then I would stay at home.We have been going to Tenerife for 26 years and this is the first time we have come home early as the complex/accomodation was so unsuitable

  : Breakfast was good and the pool area was nice
  : Arrived and they put us in a room directly next to extreme construction, had to move construction tape just to access room which had a pool of water on the floor that my disabled mother almost slipped on. When we found this room wasnt acceptable reception staff were rude, lied to us and were generally unhelpful all week their favourite line when they didnt want to help anymore sorry no English after speaking to them for 5 minutes prior, after arguing moved us from a room with 3 terraces to an unfinished apartment, with a faulty safe and bathroom and they expected us to be happy with this and continuously tried to force us to sign a form saying we were happy, the last day of our holiday after continuous complaints about the faults in the room that they didnt fix they offered 4 of us one beach bed at their beach club which was laughable to say the least
