  : The hotel is near the beach and easy to access. The sun terrace at the hotel was ok. Breakfast ok.
  : Ordered De-Lux room and got a room with a broken sofa and a huge palm tree in front that completely blocked the sun on the balcony. The staff was not friendly and it took 3 days and a whole a lot of complaints before I got a new room and really nothing happened until I lost my temper. The new room was ok. Far too expensive hotel considering the quality.

  : The place itself and the pool are very nice, but the service is pretty poor due to different reasons Ill explain below. Most of the staff were not really friendly and didn't speak English (not all of them, few exceptions like a Spanish lady working as a waiter were super available to help us despite the language barrier).
  : Ill start from the end, which from my point of view is the worst: they basically tried to buy a positive review from us (and is the main reason for my negative review):-The day before leaving, they called asking us to go to the reception because they had something for us. They said they would offer us the all-inclusive in exchange for a positive review. I obviously kindly refused (also because all-inclusive at that point meant dinner and breakfast, which we already had included in our package).-We booked 5 nights with half board, meaning breakfast and dinner. Since we were supposed to arrive at midnight on the first night, I called in advance and asked if it was possible, instead of having dinner the first night, to have lunch the day after. They said it was possible, but once we arrived there, it wasnt. When I told them that on the phone, a guy told me something different, the explanation was ah yes, hes new.-Due to an issue with the flight, we didnt manage to arrive at midnight on the planned day. I called them to let them know in advance that we wouldnt make it for that day but the following day at 11 am. They took note of the arrival time and said there was no issue, but once we arrived at the reception the next day, they told us we would have to wait to check in until 3 pm (even though we had already paid for the previous night and they had been informed in advance). Finally, after some complaints, they let us check in 15 minutes later.-The food was of very poor quality and not many choices especially for dinner, the coffee was undrinkable (the taste was so bad I had tea for the 5 days I was there).-There was a little gym available, but it was in very bad condition.So, in general, I would probably book again at the property because the place was very nice, but definitely not take half board or breakfast included.
