  : The hotel is all a bit dated.The beds are like camp beds. The main bedroom should have more comfortable beds at least.The ground outside is lethal when its wet.

  : We loved Silvia at reception & Ricardo from the animation team. both of these people were responsible for making our stay so amazing.
  : The mattress on beds was very dirty, only one person working the bar at a time which made it very difficult to use the all inclusive drinks option, sometimes we had to wait 20 - 30 minutes for 2 drinks per person. One extra bar person would have made a HUGE difference.

  : I loved the location! Food was lovely and varied every night. Easy to get around. Staff were kind. Reasonably priced. They even left a birthday card and bottle of wine for my mums birthday which was a lovely touch!
  : The rooms werent very sound proof. If anybody was walking around or talking outside or in their room, you could hear them.

  : Apartment was amazing, really big with a nice sun roof with loungers - Astro does get very hot as do the tiles on the stairs up to here so wear footwear to get to the roof!
  : The staff are the rudest staff I have ever dealt with in my life. Me and my partner received some bad news when we were there early hours of the morning so we were pretty upset and crying. 10 minutes later the rudest security guard ever turned up at the door, forced his way into the room being very abusive and pushed my partner (female). He was also very aggressive. On checkout day the manager called us and said we had to go to reception, this was an hour before we left. So I said we will finish packing and be right down, wasnt good enough as she turned up at the apartment door with 2 male staff and entered with force and started being rude and abusive for no reason. The woman on the checkout desk when we went down stood and looked my partner up and down, smirking and giving dirty looks for no reason at all. They also tried to charge us 60 for cleaning our apartment, once we said we had no cleaning done for the 4 days we stayed the turned abusive again called us liars and said we need to pay or the police would be phoned. Also, the food is not for human consumption and my partner had the worst diarrhea the day after eating from there. Didnt eat from there again and it cleared up.

  : Great location, comfy beds, spacious apartment, small complex, great pools and lovely food!!!
  : Air con in second bedroom would have been great if I had to find something to mention but there was one in the lounge so we just left the bedroom door open!
