  : Excelent location, 10 minutes walking to city center and Train Central Station. The service at the reception/bar is neither friendly nor unfriendly. Employees just don't have any empathy. Talk to us as if our presence were indifferent. The room is very tiny, claustrophobic. It feels like we're sleeping in a caravan. Pillows are uncomfortable. We stayed for 4 nights and there was no cleaning of the room or change of bed linen or bath towels. We discovered at the end of the second day, in a notice that it was in the bathroom. Only 2 bath towels are provided per room, and there is no replacement except at a cost. The bathroom light is activated by a motion sensor. If we are taking a shower, the sensor does not validate movement and turns off the light after about 4 minutes. There is no furniture in the room (table, chair, closet), meaning that clothes and personal items must be left in our suitcases. Services (shared kitchen, gym, swimming pool) cost around 25dkk, when this is not clearly stated on Booking. There is no breakfast service, but it is possible to buy something at the bar. But the breakfast options lack variety or nutritional quality.This hotel is a casting error.

  : dont have floor mat in the shower. no hand soap in their bathroom. Also ur the one who will check in in their computer. You need to bring ur own padlock so u can lock ur own locker. Very tiny the space of the bed also the shower room.
