  : The location was very convenient. It was near the metro and the downtown.
  : The room was really small. I had spider bites. The water pressure was too weak.

  : Location. Responsiveness of the staff to resolve the accommodation challenges I faced.
  : Initially I was given a room that did not have hot water and was cold (heating functioned rather poorly). It was not renovated and not well maintained (dusty and dirty carpet). Ive complained about the hot water and I was offered another room that was renovated, cleaner and air conditioned.

  : This is close to the train station and easy to get around via two close metro stops. It was warm and the bed was comfortable. Some staff were very sweet and helpful. Thank you
  : Where to start. The strange plaster reliefs of naked children around reception (not ancient copies) but rather creepy. The toilet being virtually IN the bedroom, thinly separated by a sandblasted piece of glass. No avoiding smell or sound Im afraid. Slightly concerned that this was reportedly a better room with more space. I dread to think! Also, for the price, we would have expected a decent FREE coffee each morning instead of a sachet of very cheap coffee and a sachet of bad creamer. Expensive plastic pods were left for use in the room with a snazzy coffee machine but only able to dribble and fawn over these unless you want to pay an additional 1.90 per cup! Perhaps we should mention here that breakfast at the hotel will set you back 26.00 each. Its clear an executive decision has been made to cut costs to the extent that each customer only gets a bed for the night and absolutely nothing more. We sincerely wish that we had read more of the honest reviews before we booked.

  : The location was excellent as it was very close to the Radisson Royal Collection hotel where my daughter was staying. It was close to multiple train stations and to the famous Tivoli Gardens.
  : It was very dated. The floor squeaked in when I walked. Was very disappointed in the decor. My first night there I tried calling the front desk and gave up. the next day the reception told me the phone did not work and no one came to repair it.
