  : The comfort hotel was indeed comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was really good. There was a very nice gym. The WiFi was really fast. There was always soft music in the background around the halls. The room was very quiet, and the security was good as you needed your card to access everywhere, even the elevator. The ambience is very modern. I stayed in the small double room, and it was perfect for a solo traveller. More spacious than expected. The hotel was in the middle of everything and within walking distance to Tivoli, which was really good.
  : There was no fridge in the room. I asked the reception and they said no to me. Cleaning is only done on the 4th day of your stay. You are expected to re-use your towels, which is not so bad. You are expected to go downstairs to pick up toiletries. The breakfast is timed at 7.30 to 8.30, 8.30 to 9.15 and 9.15 to 10.30. You are given a time slot and asked to follow it to avoid people waiting (which is not so bad again). The staff were quite mechanical, a bit rude, and abrupt. There is no customer care, maybe because they have to deal with so many people. Lastly, the view from my window was not so great, and the room was rather cold as the general vent kept blowing cold air even after I regulated it. The Duvet was my saving grace as it was very cosy and warm.
