  : Beds were comfortable. Sufficient product in the bathroom. View was nice from the room.
  : They were seemingly understaffed. Had to repeat myself multiple times anytime I made a request and for our main issue, needing a pull out bed for our third guest, we had to ask no less than FOUR TIMES. There was almost NEVER a designated person at the taxi/luggage stand to request a cab from, so we had to either bother the people at the front desk, or wait in a long line to request one. Room service was also extremely slow - we came back to our room one day at 3:15 and room service STILL had not come.

  : Very modern hotel, room very clean, staff kind and helpful, best rooms are those with a canal view. Even though the hotel is not exactly in the center of the city, its location is however convenient, because you can choose between taking a long walk or using the train from the nearby Dybbølsbro station or rent a bike directly from the hotel. There is also a shopping mall very close, with a LIDL supermarket, and various places where you can eat.
  : Maybe breakfast price is a little bit too high (we normally had breakfast in an Espresso House, in the nearby)

  : nice design, modern. clean rooms
  : Breakfast was bit pricy for what they offered. Cleaning staff did too much noise while they were cleaning the rooms next to mine or the one in the upper floor.Also bit far from city centerUnfortunately I had a really bad experience with their reservation policy. Because of my flight cancellation I requested through booking (twice) to move the date from 23 to 24 of September making my stay one day shorter. They never replied, so booking replied that was unable to reach them. After their ignorance and not polite behaviour I called them from the country I lived so the reservation department told me is not possible to change the dates. Directly after that I received surprisingly enough an answer to my requests through booking. No flexibility and not professional and polite from their side. Even when I spoke with the supervisor she wasn’t sure whose policy is this (booking.com or hotels). Their policy of not giving refund is understandable but the ignorance is something else, something for which they never apologised for. Disappointed
