  : The location, was good.
  : I didn't like the fact to share bathroom and shower with other people, not having personnel there if there was a problem, and pay extra for WIFI. I wouldn't consider this a hotel, but a hostel.

  : Staff was very flexible, we got our room earlyer then we expected. Next door bakery was nice surprise to those who could eat normal bread.
  : Room was really small. Rooms window let rain inside when it was even little bit open, it had to be open to get fress air.

  : Comfy bed and nice room.
  : At a cost of 100 a night you would expect a bit more than dirty room, shared bathrooms and a poor reception services. Their narrow opening hours were impossible to fit into check-in and out. When arriving later than 5 pm, you have to call a number to get instructions how to get in, which I did, but they told me to wait for them to call me back. I waited 30 min outside late in the evening in the rain, for no one to call me back, so I called the same number again. This time another person answered and he was able to help me right away, but when I explained my situation with the precious phone call he only said "I Don't know what happened, but everyone should know what to do when arriving late"...No apologies nor basic costumer service skills.. Furthermore, the room had not been vacuumed and if you wish for new bed sheets (they change them every 4th night) you have to go to the reception to ask for that, but that's not possible if arriving later than 5 pm (check-in is 3-5 pm as the reception). The walls and doors were even very thin, so you could hear everything happening in the rooms and hallways. If you want a smooth and relaxing stay in Copenhagen, I do not recommend this Hotel (would call it a Hostel or Motel, not Hotel).

  : Excellent location, calm street, easy access to public transportation, very friendly and helpful receptionist lady
  : The bed is not so comfortable and the room was quite cold as the heating was not working properly, plus the windows are very old and not keeping out the cold and the noise.

  : The accommodation was all regularly cleaned. There was no safe but with regular locked door I felt very safe.
  : This hotel did not meet my expected of a hotel. Also, the location wasn't brilliant for the most touristic destinations.
