  : CHECK IN : Cancellation of the rooms without notifying it! my colleagues (8 people) had to wait one hour at the reception, they called booking.com to understand the problem because no cancellation email was received... finally the night cleaner took care of them, a big thank you to him for his availability and his patience.CHECK OUT : Before the check out my colleagues asked if it was well paid the receptionist answered "Yes" and after one hour I received emails and calls to tell me that we have to pay!Please review with your receptionist teams and tell them to give the (good) informations to the customers and AGAIN A BIG THANK YOU TO THE NIGHT CLEANER !

  : There's much to like. Not immediately in the center, but within a convenient distance both on foot and by Metro. The other direction - close to the Bella Conference and Trade fair area. Excellent atmosphere within, convenient rooms with dominating natural wood elements.
  : Important to note - no chefs from Sunday through Tuesday. But - many nice places to eat within a few minutes on foot, no problem getting take away back to the hotel or ordering delivery.Not really a place for families with more children. Mostly single or double rooms, the most you could get would be two connected doubles, could work for 2+2 but no more.

  : We loved the ’home feeling’ of this hotel and the rooms felt cool and a bit different, a nice experience that made all of us wanting to get back from our excursions in CPH just to have a chance to enjoy the hotel a bit more. :) Amazing to take a dip in the pool outside - in november! Great and low key organic breakfast.
  : The environmental friendly showers are a nice thought, but what a long time they took to start up!

  : The location is in a nice area and very close to the metro, the water taxi and the downtown. The staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby and the bar were attractive and comfortable and all the common areas and outside courtyard were very nice.
  : Black walls in the corridors and room, which made both very dark and industrial. The room itself was small crowded and dark. It was a twin room and the two 4 poster beds obscured the tv and the tv received no signal. There were no hand towels, and only I wash cloth. All the clothes hooks were placed very high on the walls and there was no shower cap. The room was very crowded and badly designed. Complimentary coffee and tea was provided but there were no spoons or milk/cream.I certainly didn’t consider it a luxury 4 star hotel

  : Was quirky, lovely staff and facilities were nice. The room was all echo friendly which was a nice touch.
  : The room was quite small and the bed was very very squeaky, the slightest movement, like literally just sitting on the bed.
