  : We booked a twin room. It was clean(besides some black spots in the corner of the shower) staff during check-in was very kind and helpful, great cafe nearby (Copenhagen Coffee Lab), grocery store nearby for the essentials, beds were a bit small, but comfortable. Two metro stations within 7-10min walk, beach nearby.
  : The size (possibly due to layout) of the room - it was a little tight: when opening room door it hits the chair at the desk, having two carry on suitcases meant that there is always at least one suitcase in the way, also the space between beds was very narrow. It might be okay for a solo traveller, but if you are travelling with company or/and have larger suitcases, I would recommend to look at the bigger than 12sq.m. room options. Also no kettle+cups in the room. Guests can get some coffee(for 25kr/cup) or free hot water from the machine in the reception, however the cups are small - I ended up burning myself while I got the two cups back to our room. Having a kettle in the room is such a small thing, but adds quite a bit of comfort-would be a nice addition to he room:)

  : Cleanliness in the room, daily changed of bed linen, cleaning, empty basked and great lighting in the room. Apart from that the reception was fantastic, helpful and a lot od culture, the buffet breakfast was fantastic, the meals were always fresh and the hot and fresh rolls were amazing
  : I didn't like being woken up every morning at 6 by garbage trick rights outsider the hotel and the lack od cabinet in the room, which could have been next to the beds instead of a tiny square shelf and it was impossible to hide medicines, underwear and electronical equipment and everything was in plan sight. Additionally the mattresses were falling off the beds and I couldn't sleep comfortable.

  : Staff very efficient, was able to check in early, storage lockers for bags (need to pay) reasonably priced for Copenhagen. Room was modern and clean, nice quiet location. Amazing cafe a few doors down. Close to metro for easy access to city and airport.
  : Rooms on the small side but we expected this before booking. Have to pay for tea and coffee.

  : Excellent value. Basic but extremely clean, modern and comfortable. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Really comfy bed, awesome shower and warm rooms.

  : The Room was quite small, but absolutely OK for one night stay. Staff was very nice and locality on the way from the airport to the city centre was exactly what we needed. Breakfast was delicious. Easy online check in.
