  : Excellent location, right next to Nyhavn
  : No hot water for 3 days (or rather there may have been hot water, but no idea when - managed to get hot water once at 10pm). Shower and bathroom filthy. Door handle came off to the bedroom. Half the lights working in the kitchen. Superficially clean (although you pay a big cleaning fee). One bedroom has exposed pipework and holes in the ceiling / wall. Didn't bother us too much, but the apartment is 3 floors up and the stairs are pretty steep

  : being renovated, no hot water in shower, used condom under bed, bathroom flooded, door handles all fell off, no water in toilet hand wash facilities. beyond a joke! Third floor and fire escape blocked, panels missing in bedroom with exposed pipe work. tiles in shower disgusting. no curtains in bathroom or bedroom and men stood on scaffolding at 7am in morning working.

  : The apartment had not been cleaned thoroughly. The floors for example are very dirty and needed a proper mopping.The sofa in the lounge was filthy.There were not enough towels for the length of our stay.The apartment is missing basic necessities like tablecloths, washing liquid, soap for the washing machine etc.The shower head falling apart and the shower was clogged. Takes very long to get hot water running.The bottle opener went to pieces on the first day trying to open a bottle of wine.No coffee machine.The washing machine and dryer are outdated and worn.The curtains in one of the bedrooms fell out in the middle of the night.Very hard or impossible to close most of the doors in the apartment.
