  : The location was ideal, walking distance to a lot of attractions
  : The room was badly sound proofed, we were woken up at 4:00 or 4:30 by bin men or delivery trucks everyday, we had no hot water in our taps no matter how long we ran it for, there was no fire alarm in our room, the shower barely maintained a constant temperature constantly fluctuated between hot and cold, the mini fridge barely cooled anything below room temperature, there was one small wardrobe that was barely a foot wide by a foot deep and about 6 foot tall divided by a shelf which meant you could barley hang or store anything in there, it took us almost an hour to check-in in the first place as there was no one there and relied on an automatic check-in using a tablet that had been locked by mistake for over an hour, even using an app to check in we were still waiting 30 mins before we got our digital key, the only staff we consistently saw were the cleaners and someone that appeared behind the main desk at some point in the evening but wasn't always there.

  : First of all, the employees were extremely rude and, especially the chiefs I talked to on the phone during self-check in and while I’m doing check in was extremely rude and, they did not help me at all and did not answer any questions I wrote to me on booking.com at the same time on the phone, I will never stay in this hotel again.also Their extortion of 500 dkk and their return time was disgraceful.

  : Nothing special.
  : Too small shower, tiny toilet. Outdated by 5 years shampoo. No toothbrush and toothpaste even if you ask a guy in lobby. Lobby is not 24/7. I'd say it is a nice hostel, but not 3 star hotel.
