  : Tried to cancel two weeks prior to arrival. Hotel still wanted full payment. Of course according to the booking agreement, fair enough. But I think they could have made some effort. I have stayed there several times before, I visit the region 2-3 times a year. Although its a nice hotel, I will never book them again.

  : A basic hotel for staying a couple of nights and explore the area. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
  : The area around the hotel was on construction, which I think the hotel staff should mention at least to plan how to reach it.

  : The hotel is very nice and well situated. The lobby is a great place to sit and work on a table if needed, assuming it is past breakfast hours. Staff were all very nice and helpful to the max.
  : Unfortunately despite the many good things about the hotel it didn't work out for me. -The room photos on Booking listing are all mixed up and don't accurately reflect the room you'll end up in based on what you select. Two of three photos for my room type showed a chair or bench. I've rarely if ever seen a hotel without a place to sit, so I didn't think too much of it. You can say this is my fault but, I ended up in a room with not even a tiny table or chair. I need to attend classes or work on a laptop 1 to 9 hours per day generally! Trying to use a laptop in bed becomes incredibly uncomfortable if not miserable after 30 minutes to 1 hour maximum. -The internet was absolutely amazing in terms of speeds and was way faster than other hotels (especially in a country like Germany where you are warned they don't really have decent internet and don't expect it to good like Cambodia or Indonesia etc.). . . ***BUT*** I may have bad luck, there was bad signal drift in my room. So about every 10 minutes the internet would "die" for 15-30 seconds, you can imagine how bad the experience is when you're attending a class. (Someone who just uses Netflix or YouTube may never notice since those applications do pre-caching. )
