  : Used sheets, mould and shower fungus We stayed here for 3 nights for a funeral with our toddler. They were very helpful with setting up the room for us and sorting us out with a cot bed. However, they were incredibly unhelpful when it came to fixing the issues with our room and refused to let us speak to a manger about it. To start with our sheets hadn't been changed from the last guests. There was a strong smell of sweat on my pillow. Stains of the voile curtain, pink and yellow mould at the base of the shower and shower head, blue fungus on the overhead shower and what looks like a bunch of hair and fluff in the corner of the shower. Luckily I had my own pillowcase and antibacterial wipes. We had to keave quite soom after checking in and so didnt get to inspect the room properly before we headed out. We also came back very late that night. Due to the nature of the stay and our child being asleep, we were forced to stay in the room that night. The next morning I spoke to reception about the issues and she said she would speak to housekeeping. Although when we got back the next night I realised that all they'd done was make up the room and do a basic clean. The fungus and mould was still there and the pillows still smelt of sweat. When we checked out I complained and was completely ignored. The lady at the desk asked if we had parked and I thought that maybe she was going to remove the charge becuase of the state of the room. Instead she charged us without once apologising. I had to ask her if she heard what I said about the room. She said there was nothing she could do, we couldn't talk to the manager but could have a free drink. Completely unacceptable. Another thing to mention was they swotched the air con off in the hotel restuarnt in the middle of a heatwave. So we paid for an uncomfortable, unsafe room.
