  : If you are coming to Zermatt on a budget, this is probably your place. We chose based on price and location and it had both of those. The location right in town is excellent. Walkable to everywhere. It was still really expensive for what it was, but that's because it is in Zermatt. The included breakfast was pretty good. The staff were very friendly and always smiling. The room was mostly clean. Our room was on the side of the hotel and was mostly pretty quiet. It is extremely basic, but is the most affordable option in a great location in town.
  : Rooms very small, hard to move around in it with luggage. The bathroom was recently retiled/ renovated which was nice, but the shower is the smallest I have seen. Some of the towels were stained. The pillows were very lumpy and need replacing. It's not a room you would want to spend any time in.

  : The hotel is positioned in the center of Zermatt.
  : Very bad experience, unfortunately.We booked one room for one night during holiday in Zermatt, the hotel is very good positioned in the middle of Zermatt. The reception is open until 11:00 am, but we found the key near to the stairs on a plate.The unpleasant experience was with the bed which as you can see in the photos, was broken. My expectation from this hotel was to have a bed where I can actually sleep, nothing more taking in consideration that we stayed just one night. I tried to put the wooden slats on their places , but being broken, all the night we kept doing that every time we moved just a bit.Second unpleasant experience was the fact that during the night I felt that is not enough heat, but this can be different from each person.Poor breakfast experience. The food was good, but we couldnt found variety.
