  : The apartment was great everything you need.two minutes from the train station. very central to shops restaurants and of course the ski lifts and Bergbahn apartment Bergkristall is/was great .

  : The host was very welcoming, met me on arrival at the property and showed me around the apartment and the accommodation as a whole. The accommodation was in an excellent location. Extremely convenient for the station, the centre of town and access to the slopes, either via the Gornergracht train or the ski bus to the main cable car. The apartment was a decent size, very clean and furnished to a nice standard including a modern shower room. The bed and bedding were very comfortable and the kitchenette well-equipped for its size with useful/thoughtful items such as plug adaptors.
  : Very little not to like. As the kitchen appliances included a (very nice) coffee machine which was not Nespresso compatible, by way of minor suggestion, a few coffee pods could be made available. That said, the local supermarket is so close, that this would only really be necessary for anyone arriving after shopping hours and in need of a very early morning coffee.

  : Chalet Bergkristall was clean and well fitted out. It had a pleasant seating area outside in the garden and despite being near the main street , it was very quiet. It was an excellent location for shops , station and lifts. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and met us on arrival.

  : The location was excellent, in a quite street but in the town center only a couple of meters away from the Gornergrat station. The studio apartment was perfect and cozy for the two of us. The owners are very kind and helpful.
