  : The studio with balcony is awesome, the host is great, partial views to the Matterhorn, good value, kitchen is well equipped, wish we stayed a week.
  : Only two negatives are the building heating was on very high and has no control which meant we had to have the doors and windows open, also booking.com lists a washer and clothes dryer but these arent in the studio apartment

  : Having a check out time of 9am tops off my holiday. Not sure if you are aware in Zermatt, if you have more than 1 waste basket equivalent of rubbish for the weeks stay will earn you a charge. Walking up 4 floors of stairs with no lifts really test my quadraceps

  : The apartment was spacious and well equipped with a great combined oven/steamer, hob, fridge and dishwasher. It was very warm and comfortable with plenty of space for a family of 4. The host was responsive to questions and the apartment was available early so we could drop our things and ski on the first day. Nice touch is that dry foods, spices and things like foil where lefter from previous quests which both saves waste and avoids the need to buy some small items that will not be fully used.
  : Haus Rosa has multiple apartments being rented. The apartment we rented had one major downside for us, the main bedroom smelled of stale cigarette smoke for our first 2 nights. Apparently this comes from the private apartment below when the apartments owner is over from Germany, so we where lucky they left after our first two days since as non-smokers this was very unpleasant and we had to use the bedroom with windows open to reduce the smell. It was a big shame since otherwise the apartment was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The ski room was really a corridor on the lowest level with no heater/dryer for the ski boots.

  : The location was perfect, a grocery store was just in a few minutes walking distance. The spices in the kitchen were helpful.
  : The property was under construction when we checked in.
