  : The view from the balcony overlooking Matterhorn is like a dream. The apartment is well-designed and has a fully functioning kitchen. Location was amazing too, 15 minutes walk from main train station.
  : The dust but at no fault of the apartment. The dust coming from construction opposite.

  : Beautifully appointed apartment with really modern facilities. Convenient close location to everything. The host was really helpful and easy to get in touch with. Would definitely recommend! There is a lift in the apartment and laundry facilities too

  : - Stunning view of Matterhorn from the balcony - Well furnished with stylish deco - Clean, cosy and comfortable - Given a free upgrade to a higher floor with better view, which was a pleasant surprise. - Given a late check out at 1pm at no extra cost. - Host Judith is very responsive and answers to queries promptly with useful information
  : - Was shocked to learn that we need to pay a city council tax of CHF3 per person per night. It was not stated in any of the property descriptions at all. Thought the price stated at the beginning was all-inclusive. It would be very helpful if this tax is clearly indicated in the property description on the platform for travelers to make informed decisions. - Only provided with two rolls of toilet paper throughout the stay. We had six persons and stayed for three nights. Despite making two requests for more toilet paper and receiving assurance that more will be provided, we still did not receive any. - The door of the toilet next to the kitchen couldnt close smoothly and required additional force to close firmly. The hinges made creaking sound too. Can be noisy at night. - The heater/thermostat in the living room was not working but it was fixed on the second day.

  : The location is good, near the Zermatt Bahnhof and supermarket is near the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped, we could make our dinner.
