  : terrible experience as soon as we arrived there was hair and hair everywhere the rooms were not clean, the windows were dirty not to mention under the bed that there was everything..plastic bottles used hair extensions, handkerchiefs the doors were dirty the curtains in the room there were not only scotch tape attached to the glass the stairs are very steep not suitable for children .. the photos that are on the internet do not reflect the reality of the house at all I absolutely do not recommend Smartflats indeed avoid booking here unprofessional telephone assistance after our complaints they sent a cleaning lady who only passed a broom under the bed .it was unacceptable to find such an apartment if you could give 0 as a vote I would have put that.

  : The appartement was very dirty from the entrance. Cigarette smell from entrance right inside the appartement. Can bottles and dirt on the steep stircase.WORSE OF ALL THERE WAS NO HOT WATER ( I couldn t take a shower for 2 days) no one to contact . The fridge was dirty with an amazing smell. The water boiler dont mention.I sent a message and called to no avail. The heater (very dirty)didn't start following the instructions on the wall. For the price i paid it wasnt worth it.No parking place. Access to the appartement 3rd floor is very steep and dangerous . No bulb Light in the room. The bathroom was on construction and the furnitures well used.No communication during my stay. I had a very bad exprience. Check on the pictures. ( have more pictures to post and avoid other tourist to have the same experience).Smartflats promised to contact me but they dont care about customer service. It's really sad. I was disgusted and used the appartement just for my nap.

  : The flat was in a very bad state, no hot water or heating and the code lock on the door was not working properly, which meant staying outside the flat for several minutes each time I wanted to come in. After complaining over the phone and via e mail I got no solution/ reply to the issues. I left the apartment 3 days before the end of my stay and got a promise for a 50% discount on my next reservation. I would highly recommend to avoid Smartflats apartments.

  : The location was good, in the historic center, with easy access for a lot of interesting places. Also I liked the size of the living room and the decoration.
  : The fact that the management simply didn't pay any attention to my request for repairing certain issues. Also it was tottaly incorrect to relocate me from the initial apartment to another one, which was of less quality. Moreover, in here the bedroom had a very uncomfortable layout; it was not a true bedroom, but and additional space from were access was very inconvenient to the bathroom.
