  : Great location, near Jardin Botanique and close to the city centre. Simple, basic clean room. No airconditioning, but fan is provided. The room is also equipped with an espresso machine and TV. Staff was very friendly, the lady at the reception offered to help me carry my luggage upstairs, because she noticed Im not that mobile.
  : The main light in the room and hairdryer wasnt working. There seems to be a drainage problem in the shower. The elevator was out of order.

  : First I booked via Booking.com for 3 couples and 2 toddlers. I tried to book 3 bedrooms but automatically it changed to 4 bedrooms and I paid for 4 rooms so It wasn't needed it. There wasn't any bed for our toddlers. We have been there and told the lady on the reception that I want 3 bedrooms she said you can complain about it to the booking.com website I couldn't do anything so I give my ID card to her, forgot to take it back and she said lift is not working. We got the keys and we went to the rooms. The rooms were oke and there wasn't any tv remote so called the lady and she said somebody stolen the remote. In the others rooms they had no tv connections. There wasn't TV working in all the 3 bedrooms. I got upset with the reservation so went down to the receptionist I talked very seriously that it's not a good feedback to the hotel. She wasn't sorry She said I'm on the reception and I'm notA technician ETC....On the other day I got to know that I haven't took my ID card so my husband went down talked the man on the reception, he said no i haven't found any ID card and called the lady she said I have gave to her but it's not True. They took the Revenge and didn't gave my ID card back and i said check the camera the man said no I couldn't and called the police and they said the owner of the hotel will see the camera's and will let you know. Till know nobody called me back. I'm very Upset that I have reserved this hotel and the lady and the man the 2 receptionists were unfriendly and very rude. Hope that same thing will happen with them someday somewhere. Liege is a beautiful place but unfortunately I have a bad experienced there.
