  : The room was comfortable and quiet. The shower worked well and the water was super hot. The staff were friendly. The aircon worked and we COULD OPEN the windows for fresh air.The bar area and restaurant area looked fabulous, but we did not use them so cannot comment more on those.It was close to the Christmas markets, loved that.Such an amazing looking restaurant, it is a pitty they don't do dinner there. It could have an incredible vibe.They gave us a list of restaurants which was great.
  : It would have helped if we had been told that the hotel is ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE SQUARE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION SITE-We walked around expecting to see a sign of sorts guiding us to the hotel from the parking garage, but like pumpkins we walked around the parking garage. The hotel signage was not easy to spot with a huge building construction site in front of it. Perhaps brighter signage or a few signs from the very convenient parking lot.I struggled to sleep with no blackout blinds, but that is possibly just me.There were no tea or coffee making facilities.in the room. They missed a nice touch there.

  : Very central location and car park nearby.
  : Despite booking a twin bedded room, we were allocated a double. No separate bathroom: the washbasin was by the bed! And absolutely no privacy when showering as the cubicle had a transparent door - horrible! The state of the art lift didn't recognise fingers and had to be operated by using the palm of the hand (??!) which, not surprisingly left guests perplexed. The reception was supposed to be staffed until 22:00 but there was no-one there at 21:45 which meant we had to use the night key system to get into the hotel - which didn't work!

  : The shower is not isolated, so very visible to anyone sharing the room, as it faces the beds.
