  : It's nestled in a very quiet and cozy location, and the japanese restaurant attached to it is simply amazing. I had the most amazing Ramen there.Super kind staff, too, and the apartment itself is quite spacious and comfortable. Very great value for money.The U3 Volkstheater was reachable within a few minutes, and the area itself is quite nice as well. If you plan on visiting Museums, it is located within walking distance of the Kunsthistorisches Museum and the Secession.

  : Location was fab. Even though so central location was relatively quiet. The museums, Hofburg, State Opera House, St Stephens and many more all within a short walk.we had purchased the Vienna pass and the bus pickup point was easily reached.
  : We were in apartment 2 on ground floor and recommend that you avoid this. The bathroom window consisted of an outside and interior window and although you could close inside the outside one was open with curtains on outside so anyone could open them. Considering this was onto public courtyard and shared with restaurant it was a very uncomfortable experience if in bathroom. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and tap in kitchen was very loose. During our stay there was a party in the next door bar and we were kept awake until 2am. Communication with owner was a longwinded process. Not answering in enough time or not replying at all and having to repeatedly chose. TV didn't work and no air con. 1 smalk fan fir 2 rooms

  : The location was great..in the center near the museum squre.
  : The apartment is in a very old and poorly maintained building. There is no sunlight in the apartment and there is no window to the street but to an internal patio. The apartment itself is decorated but not maintained at all. Around the double bed the wallpaper is peeling and torn. We couldn't sleep there and had to huddle with our son in the folding bed . We were disappointed to find that the pillows in the room were not suitable for use and were not comfortable at all. One of them was without a pillowcase and smelled terribly. There was no soap in the sink or shower in the room and we were left with one towel per guest for 4 nights. The communication with the hosts is terrible. They did not answer the messages at all until the day we arrived. And we didn't receive any attention when we left a message and asked for toilet paper and a pillowcase. Staying in this apartment made me realize that next time it is better to book a hotel room and not compromise.
