  : 1. Perfect location near to trams & underground, also nearby lots of cafes & restaurants and museums. Really good area near the Parliament building. Sound proofing was great so no traffic noise2. Room & bathroom were perfect and well designed. Very comfy, Super comfy beds; shower was brilliant 3. The outdoor courtyard was very nice and a great place to rest up esp as the weather was great in Vienna4. There is a gym and sauna which is a bonus though we ran out of time to use it.
  : 1. Minor point: the lift was out of order for 2 days. Luckily we were on the 2nd floor but we had to carry our luggage down on checkout day 2. Minor point: breakfast was slightly on the expensive side @ 19 pp so we did not have it as there were many cafes close by offering a good range and cheaper. If they had offered us a better deal for 5 nights we probably would have taken it3. They didnt need to change all the towels every day only the smaller ones. We hung the big ones up on the wall hooks hoping we could reuse them but they got changed anyway and there was no sign to suggest environmentally friendly policies that I could see. Though this did not affect our stay
