  : Very central location next to the Museum Quarter; many good restaurants and cafes nearby that are open from early morning to well into the night. Room size is decent with good air-conditioning. It’s a comfortable stay

  : The location of this hotel is great for exploring Vienna, being only a few minutes from the Museum Quarter. The staff were always friendly and helpful - even insisting we took an umbrella one evening, knowing it was going to start raining!
  : Despite there being a 24-hour reception, the overnight service is definitely not the same as during the day. Due to a delayed flight, I arrived around 11pm to a misprogrammed key card (not the fault of the guy at reception), and no hotel information at all (there was none in the room). There is a real lack of labelling for the breakfast food as well (which is weird because I found all restaurants in Austria to have excellent allergy labelling), making it difficult to navigate if you have any dietary requirements.

  : Convenient location - close to the old town and shopping areas.My advice - choose a room in the inner (entrance) side, otherwise it could be quite noisy (if you sleep with an open window).
  : In general it's OK, but refurbishment could also be helpful.

  : Great room - really quiet at night. Really spacious and very clean. Hugely friendly and helpful staff who really couldn’t do enough for us. Will happily return on our next visit.

  : City Center and parking in the building. Breakfast was very good and rooms have AC which is needed in the summer.
  : Shower in the bathroom initially didn’t drain. Was quickly resolved by staff.

  : The location was excellent - we paid for a room with a view - and had a wonderful view over the historic city centre - couldn't have been better!

  : The only issues we had during our stay were:1. The bathroom was well-lit, but the room itself was quite dark and could benefit from additional lighting.2. The room had a lingering cigarette smell, which was unpleasant for us as non-smokers. Unfortunately, everything we bought, including our luggage, smelled like smoke when we returned home.3. The hotel entrance lacked ramps, making it difficult to carry luggage in and out.
