  : The room was clean and comfortable. Bogdan at the reception was really nice, helpful and friendly.
  : Mister Francesco, front desk manager, was not helpful at all. He said that we have a big problem because the hotel didn't get payment from booking. He forgot that problem was not ours because we paid our stay through booking.com. We called booking in Croatia, because we are from Croatia and the man we spoke to (after he has called the hotel) said that people from hotel are really rude. At the hotel, they wanted to make preauthorization on the same amount of money that we have already paid. Of course, we didn't give our credit card because we have paid through booking and got the confirmation. Also, he told us that he has been calling booking since 9am and it was 3pm when we were at the reception. Really strange because after 2 calles, booking has answered. Of course, it was solved and we stayed in the hotel. Really unprofessional. Mister Francesco needs to learn that it's his work to solve problems with booking.com. Guests shouldn't do his jos. All in all, Roma e meravigliosa.

  : Hotel is not too old, the decor is modern and signs of wear. The free parking garage with controlled access is a real bonus for those with cars and a rarity in Rome. The room is comfortable as is the bathroom. The AC works and is controllable.
  : The hotel is in a quiet residential neighborhood with no shopping or restaurants within walking distance. The hotel has a shuttle available at request, I do not know if a fee is charged. A huge mall and restaurants within 15 min drive. Fiumicino is 30 min

  : Rooms were clean and spacious and new. Could easily be rated 10 with a more helpful staff. There were issues that could easily be solved but with a bad person in the front desk, the hotel can easily deteriorate. The lady in the front desk when we came was nice, but the gentleman that replaced her was so bad that we couldn't give a better rating to the hotel.
  : In the afternoon the room was very cold, so I asked for a small heater by whatsapp because that is how the hotel asks to contact them. But the front desk person did not answer for hours, although when I later came to the front desk, I saw on his computer screetn that he did receive my message but chose to ignore. After three hours, I went down to the front desk to ask for a heater, and indeed someone came up and brought me the heather. But after another two hours, the front desk asked me to return the heater so that someone else can use it. I explained that I was cold and need it for the night. The person argued with me. After a while I went to sleep. Then, someone knocked on the door and reuqested the heater and this time with a new excuse that it is unsafe. to use the heater. In addition, the water in the sink didn't go through. There was no little pole that opens it and you need to open it with the hand which is not very fun. But this is minor. In addition, to enter the parking, you need to get out of the car and press the intercom although the area is not nice. It is OK, if you are in a car, but it is not nice that you have to get out of the car in order to have someone open the garage. We intended to spend a few days in the area, but after the first day we switched to another hotel which I rated 10 in Polenza instead.
