  : The location, the rooftop restaurant and high level of cleanliness were the best points of our stay at the Hive Hotel
  : On our second day, housekeeping did not replace the tea/ coffee/ milk we had used so we were left without. Likewise, no shampoo or bath gel after a long day walking around Rome. However, reception did send sort out situation once we contacted them.

  : The location and staff were great. Located in a quiet street near Termini. Main bus and metro lines available within walking distance. Perfect for exploring Rome.

  : Loved our stay, especially in comparison to other hotels we stayed in Rome in the past. It's pretty new, well maintained, and clean. Our 2-room suite was spacious and bright. Nice bathrooms. WiFi is steady and easy to access. Our special thanks go to Francesca at the front desk for her tremendous help! PS. if can - include the breakfast - great choices, plus great views from the roof!
  : The only downside was the service at the restaurant (dinner time). Our waiter (whose name escapes us at this moment, but probably could be traceable via our receipt) was rude and mean, and it felt like he was throwing the dishes at us. Didn't approach us when we called on him several times. had to chase down other waiters who were very nice. On top of that, he did not warn us about a 14 (!) euros charge for the bread. So, YES on the dinner, it was lovely to dine on the roof at night, the food was great, but be careful when casually replying 'yes' to the 'would you like some bread' with your cured meat platter.

  : Staff were very rude. Of course not all personal, but majority, including people in reception and room service. Every day we had to ask for water, tea bags and other mandatory services. It was taking huge number of iterations to finally get them. Room service declined several times to provide service, stating they are too busy

  : Location is best for exploring Rome and near Termini station. Room is spacious , breakfast is fair, even lack some (fresh fruits for us).
  : Asked for a twin room, it takes 3 requests till somebody came in the evening to “split” the beds. After that we observe that only 1 bath towel (luckily more small ones) and no shower gel, just shampoo and one mini soap. Next day we receive 2 towels and in the 3rd day we got the shower gel (only one
