  : Location and staff! The lady at the reception was very helpful, but the lady at the breakfast was absolute superstar!! She draw a whole map for us to make sure we will see the highlights of the city,she was kind and funny. Besides that, we had a balcony, clean sheets and towels.

  : First of all, the staff is lovely. The hotel is a nice bang-for-the-bucket, especially considering the larger rooms. The A/C was working perfectly, which may be extremely important during summer in Rome. The cleanliness is satisfatory, but there is still room for improvements. Breakfast is good but not a feast.
  : We had several problems with the water. First, we stayed in a room where the temperature regulation did not work. You would get hot or cold water based on the water supply will; for instance, even the flush was with hot water at some point... In the third night the problem scaled and they had to move us for another room: there was only, literally, boiling water going out the shower. Then comes the other problem. Since there was no staff late night, we had to wait for the other day. Another small problem was the smell of the first room, which smelled like strong cleaning product. Finally, there was a small confusion with the beds. We asked for all singles, but some of us had to share a double....
