  : Door to bathroom and one of bedrooms does not shut.

  : The location was great and it was very comfortable and warm.
  : The parking was a bit of an issue as it is permit only all around the accommodation. But we rented a parking space on just park for 23.00 for the two nights.

  : Communication from Jayne and Michelle was superb - lots of info about how to find the house and things to do in York. The house itself is immaculate - spacious, lovely decor, newly refurbished bathrooms and excellent kitchen equipment. The weather was cold, but the house was cozy and warm. We would stay again if we were visiting York.
  : The beds/mattresses were a bit lumpy and uncomfortable.

  : Really liked how close the property is to york Clean beds made etc Travel cot provided which was nice at no extra charge. Christmas tree ans little decorations were provided and some chocolates I. The biscuits jar which was nice.
  : No empty kitchen cupboards to put our own food intoKettle very crackly when on.Wifi password was incorrect on the fridge so meant I used all my data on first night, however owners of property were prepared to come out to solve problem which alot wouldn't so that was nice, wifi password is in the guest bookCoat hooks would have been handy to have downstairs rather than in bedroom,Neighbours were very noisy when I went to bed at 11, there was a vibration through main bedroom floorboards which I can only assume was their extractor, but could not sleep, very rude man next door who didn't even speak when we said greeted him good morning, he also put his rubbish in our bin but that's not the home owners problem but handy to know for future.The house smelled quite damp, and when emptied kitchen sink smell of sewerage or drains.The handle of enterance door into property on the inside was very loose easily fixed with screwdriver.Cupboard door under sink not flush looks as though needs tightening to make it flush.Crack in cupboard above microwave,

  : Nice cozy and comfy property for a family of 5 like us.
  : Parking can be tricky and troublesome as we need to park about 15mins walk to the nearest car park available and it is pricey for a whole day parking.The cleaner lady who dropped by to the property was rather unfriendly.

  : Could do with a couple of throws for sofa when temp dips

  : Great spacious property, clean and comfortable. Close walk to city centre and yet in quiet area with a lovely community spirit. Nice shops, restaurants and cafes in walking distance and park for children.
  : Only downside was how loud the bathroom extractor fans are if someone uses the bathroom light in the night.
