  : Lovely, large stylish apartment very near to the train station, Micklegate and bars and restaurants. 15 min walk to Minster etc. Apartment ideal for 3 couples. Comfy beds, well equipped, good quality appliances if needed.
  : Top en suite shower broken. No information folder about appliances, area, public services. No tourist leaflets. Struggled to get wi fi from the passwords we found on the rooter and a card. Had to message the owner. Completely different password!

  : Great location, very clean, beautifully decorated and spacious. Plenty of room to chill out together or to have some space to ourselves. Each bedroom having it's own bathroom was also an added bonus. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend!
  : A couple of suggestions would be some grip mat under the living room rug as it was a bit slippy when getting up of the very comfy sofas and some caps under the wheels on the double bed as it moves about a bit when rolling over in the night.

  : Lovely apartment that is well equipped. Very clean and comfortable. As a family of 5 with children aged 9, 7 and 2 the apartment was a suitable size. Nice to have seperate bathroom and shower room. City apartments very responsive to messages and took action quickly when issues occurred. Perfect location for walking into the city centre. The street was quiet and parking was available right outside.
  : Unfortunately the bed in main bedroom was broken. This wasn't immediately apparent and we assumed it was just a very soft mattress. When we noticed it was actually the bed, city apartments came out to have a look and arranged next day delivery of a new bed and mattress, however we did spend 2 nights with the mattress directly on the floor.Only 1 wheelie bin for both apartments. This was overflowing on arrival. Again this was dealt with promptly, however was overflowing again by the time we left. I notice that bin collection is only every 2 to 3 weeks. Perhaps a second bin may be beneficial.

  : Good location for Station and Town Centre (15 min walk). Lovely homely atmosphere with everything you need for a short stay. Excellent decor and facilities
  : It would have been great if we could have left our luggage, as it was an early check out, but that was the only negative.

  : Spacious renovated apartment, very good location. In the city center but very quiet. Very pleasant street. Very comfortable beds. Well-equipped kitchen, with complimentary coffee, tea bags, sugar, dishwasher detergent. Wifi excellent and easy to use. The landlord was very good in answering our emails, and was very quick to help us by text late one evening to solve an issue.
  : I didnt realize from the information that the bedrooms would be in the basement under street level. The apartment was very clean, but there were a lot of cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling. We werent able to regulate the heating despite trying to follow the instructions in the flats handbook, and in the living area it was a bit cold. In the bedrooms the heat was perfect.
