  : Location was convenient for me whilst travelling to work. Staff were very welcoming & friendly.
  : The drunks singing at the top of their voice from 8pm - 11pm directly outside my window. I did phone reception who advised they were dealing with it but unfortunately it continued. Not the most comfortable of beds either but i guess staying in a pub above a beer garden would you expect too much from this?

  : Nice hotel with restaurant, we had a good dinner with friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable and clean.
  : We had prebooked the breakfast but had only one choice from the menu. Thus ordering a cooked breakfast meant no fruit, cereal or croissants, except if we paid for it extra. Waiter for breakfast was extremely rude, ignored us for 20 minutes, answered one question then left again without taking our order. Thankfully a nice female collegue helped us. I hope this was an incident only. All the other staff was extremely nice and helpful.

  : Parking was good. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. Food was good quality. Rooms were clean and well serviced.
  : Too many stairs and no lift. Rigmarole to get access to internet and poor reception at times. Food was overpriced; cereals etc were all priced separately, eg two Weetabix was £8, Yoghurt was another £8 and so on.

  : Lovely location and beautifully decorated pub/restaurant. Nice outside seating areas. Attractive, large rooms.
  : Cold evening meal. The waiter did offer to heat it up, but I didn't want it microwaved so asked for a fresh one. New meal arrived, obviously microwaved as soggy and boiling in the middle but still with some items cold. No new cuttlery brought over between courses. Some breakfast items also cold. No sauses offered, waiter seemed irritated that we asked for them and took a long time to bring them. Noone on reception to check us out. Staff seemed disinterested and irritated. We also returned a packet of stale crisps and the barman seemed to be in disbelieve that they could be off.

  : Having tried a number of hotels in Weybridge as I am staying in the area at least 2 nights a week this is my favourite
  : Air con in all the rooms
