  : Great area, lovely staff, room had everything we needed - nice sea view
  : Only thing was loose toilet seat and doors slamming in the evenings. We also had house keeping walk in twice on our first morning here

  : Although we knew from the description that they don’t have a restaurant, breakfast without leaving the hotel.would be a big plus.

  : Owners are really lovely and helpful. Good location, only a 20 min walk down to the centre. Nice big car park located at the front of the hotel. The owners communication is really good, they had told us that the road that the hotel was on was closed the day after we stayed so we wouldn’t be able to get out of the hotel onto the main road so we had to park in the a local car park.
  : The walls and floors are very thin so you can hear everything…. Will leave that down to your imagination! The bathroom was very small and the shower door was dodgy and didn’t shut. There was some marks on the bed and on the pillows. Unfortunately we had to park else where last night due to the marathon, the road was shut so we couldn’t get out of the car park in the morning. We paid £20 for parking which was unfortunate but it’s not the hotels fault.

  : Lovely view, easy walk to the town centre, pier and train station.
  : Access to breakfast would have been more convenient as many of the breakfast opportunities in Torquay did not open until 10 am.
