  : The little extras were greatly appreciated...space for grand children, amenities on site!
  : No downstairs toilet, although parking for 2 cars the entrance very tight could do with slightly widening!

  : Good location to Babbacombe and Torquay, quiet during the night, good spacious rooms. Lovely welcome pack of bread, tea coffee and milk. Good self catering facilities in kitchen.
  : Parking is very tight and tricky with a large family car - CR-V), if the wall was made smaller on one side would make it a lot easier. Bed frame in twin room so squeaky had to put mattress on floor. Certain items need updating (bedside lamps for example all battered and broken)

  : the communication from the owner beforehand was brilliant and we had everything we needed to get in and who to contact if we needed anything. the house itself was clean and had everything you needed. the welcome was lovely and very appreciated.
  : we did have an issue with the smallest bedroom with the bunk beds. when we went to put the kids to sleep, we found that the bunk beds we creaky and moved a lot. you breathed and they moved. I didnt feel that they were safe and I felt that they would collapse. so we took the mattresses off the beds and put them into the main bedroom so that we could all sleep. not ideal at 10pm. I did report this to the maintenance contact and also the owner. I never heard from the maintenance person and I got a brief thanks from the owner. the lack of communication that Ive had with the owner since leaving I dont feel confident that anything will be done. I do hope that I am wrong and that they do fix it.

  : Excellent location, just a ten minute drive or so to everywhere we wanted to visit, very convenient.
  : Only a small gripe but maybe a slightly later check out time. Everything else was perfect.

  : The location was great. Good range of shops just round the corner, also pubs including Molloys where they had live music on, a fabulous fresh fish shop and easy walking distance to Babbacombe Model Village, the Cliff Railway and lovely Oddicombe beach which has a useful looking water sports company for kayaking etc and from there it's just a quick walk to the Cary Arms for a pint and fantastic view.
  : The entrance way for the property is a test of driving skills but very satisfying to conquer it!

  : As a family of 6, its all about keeping the kids happy so put it this way....they want to live here now! We came last year and stayed in The Grand Hotel but this time booked here and it was a fantastic decision! Loved it!
  : Nothing, perfect house for our stay!
