  : Obviously, it's no fault of the hotel, but unfortunately, the people in the room above were arguing ALL night !!

  : Comfortable bed, powerful shower with hot water that didn’t run out, good wardrobe, additional drawers for storage.
  : Told there was no lift, when in fact there was for much of the way to my room.Shower door didn’t close properly.Staff all rude and disinterested (probably not paid well?). Only one person on reception was anything like you might except a hotel receptionist to behave, ie welcoming, showing interest and caring that your stay would be as pleasant as possible. Often staff were chatting among themselves and when a guest approaches it’s like you’re interrupting them. It’s still meant to be a job, and in hospitality you’re supposed to be hospitable not hostile.Most rooms would not be accessible to people in wheelchairs or with mobility difficulties. My room was in a quiet part of the hotel, but on the last 2 nights guests in the room next door were shouting in the corridor til past 1am.Improvements needed to bring this hotel up to a decent standard Britannica.

  : It's cheap and cheerful, the location is good, the staff friendly, the room was clean and well presented, tea/coffee facility available, 2nd time staying and we would stay again, so they're doing something right
  : There is no signal on the TV, so unable to watch anything, they are analogue so you can't connect to Netflix or free view and the bed mattress was very, very firm and uncomfortable but the pillows were great!

  : The Trecarn Hotel is a hotel a little dated in appearance but with a big heart with 3 stars but strives to be better. We found it to be a nice hotel, conveniently situated and spacious. Our deal didn’t include food, but we were able to purchase both dinner and breakfast while staying. Overall a good experience.
  : You can always be negative about anything, but on this occasion it would be unfair to criticise much. Improvements will continue to be made and I would look forward to staying again.
