  : It was the very worst experience as the property was not clean and hygienic at all
  : No heater working nor hot water in bathroom and kitchen..it was tripping down but if started never started again...property team said will send the plumber that never happenedIn the kitchen the tea or sugar were actually having fungus and it seems no one changed or looked for a long time..no hygiene at all anywhere..I must say it was very pathetic and I need to leave the property a day before and have to finalize others as we could not survive there

  : Personally the location for me was fantastic as it was only a two mins walk away from work. Getting the keys wasnt that great as initially, I wasnt given the key code, then I was given an incorrect one, then I was given the right one. The property was easy to find. On one of the flyers underneath the tv it said: from home to home. Upon walking in, if your home consists of dust in every crevice, dirt under the washing machine, corks left in bottle openers before you got there, a grease build up behind the sign under the sink asking you to please wash your dishes before you leave, the oven not actually working as in getting hot on the fan setting, the big knife in the draw having chunks out of it, the back of the curtains which are too short for the window being covered in stains on the back side, the sofa having marks on it and not looking like its been cleaned in about 5yrs, the bathroom cabinet behind the sink mirror stained with a few different colours, the mirror light serving little purpose as it is on top of the mirror cupboard not even shining down anywhere near the mirror, the skirting boards with either flaking paint or chunks taken out of it, the toilet brush holder being quite rusty, only being provided two already half used toilet rolls for a weeks stay so after you run out you have to use napkins that you had spare from a takeaway, the ironing board having stains on that too, the bed having walls either side making it incredibly difficult to get in and out of even for a young person (I wouldnt suggest for any people over the ages of 25 to stay there because of this very issue, and it is a big issue..), then yes, home from home exactly! Very overpriced for what it was! (More expensive than the surrounding hotels)

  : Property is not at all maintained, we got locked inside the bedroom as the lock is faulty. Its not worth for money.
