  : The facilities in the house and the room were very good. The room itself was large and comfortable. The shared facilities were very good and the fridge / cupboard space welcome. It meant that being self-sufficient and independent was straightforward. Desk space in the room was generous. Messages were responded to promptly during my stay and the host was extremely helpful when I need assistance carrying my luggage out.
  : I understood that there was off road parking though this may have been my error. Parking near the house was difficult a couple of times and important for me as I was taking in and out music equipment and also was experiencing back problems during my time there. Similarly the narrow and twisted staircase made access difficult for me and carrying heavy cases and bags near impossible. (The host was very helpful in this respect, see above).
