  : The hotel itself is a stunning period property but unfortunately the staff didn't seem to know much of its history or appear interested.
  : Unfortunately breakfast was poor. I was told breakfast was until 9.30. I came down at about 9.15 - 9.20 but the pastries/croissants etc had all gone. I ordered my breakfast and had some cereal but when l got up to get fruit at 9.40 it had all been removed. I asked for butter and jam for the toast but was told breakfast was over, surely if you can order breakfast up until 9.30 the buffet should be left out for a while. I was told they had run out of butter so l helped myself to the butter left overs on other tables. I was told exactly the same last year, pathetic. Basically you can order food until 9.30 but on both the occasions l have stayed the buffet is removed at this time and they don't appear to care. I just felt l was in the way rather than a paying guest. This lack of care, attention and interest is generic and let's down what could be a lovely stay in a stunning hotel. Such a shame. I won't be going again.

  : Excellent location on high street. Lovely canal at back of hotel which we walked both days. Got a parking space - bonus. Well worth the money. Hotel is in a group so picked up their magazine to try other hotels in group. Lovely bathroom and toiletries. Towels excellent quality.
  : Not really an issue but old building so no air con, however, they provide fans and the window in bedroom and bathroom do open slightly to allow a breeze.

  : A lovely relaxing and friendly hotel to stay, which has been refurbished to a high standard. We enjoy staying at hotels with historic charm and the Tudor House more than met our expectations, with a spacious room and comfortable bet to boot. Ideally situated at the top of the towns High Street or for a short walk to the riverside from the rear exit of the hotel. The free car parking out the back is a bonus as the town can be very busy We ate of the evening menu and enjoyed our selections of mains and dessert in the restaurant. Look forward to returning soon.

  : Breakfast was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful
  : Entry to car park is not signposted from the main road, and is accessed via a very narrow lane.Room faced onto the high street and was noisy if the window was open. No air conditioning so room felt too warm due to window needing to be closed to reduce road noise.

  : Being on the High Street made it very accessible for seeing the delights of Tewkesbury. Comfortable room and parking available. Friendly and helpful staff.
  : The room was very hot having had the sun on it all day. It made for an uncomfortable night despite having the fan on for a few hours before bedtime. Breakfast was not included in the price.
