  : The rooms are very spacious. The barmaid was very polite and friendly. Breakfast was ok and staff work hard to keep it stocked up.
  : When we checked in there was visible faeces on the bath mat and our towels were wet. When we raised an issue with our room we spoke to the owner. Unfortunately the owners attitude was appalling. He was very rude and arrogant and practically called us a liar. It wasnt until the manager had seen why we were complaining that we received an apology. The manager then dealt with our issue very professionally. It was just a shame that the owner had to behave that way. The mattress was also very soft and found it very uncomfortable. Breakfast would be better if there were a choice of pastries but that is just personal preference.

  : about 6 in the morning staff dropping empty bottles in the bins directly under our window then having loud conversations outside.

The curtains let in all the light pointless having them Breakfast wasnt the worth the money we couldnt get toast as the power had gone out the coffee wasnt fresh at all there was hair in our food No apology about the lack of power and topping up of food stopped due to power

  : A very little thing the tree/plant going up the stairs needs cutting back a bit as nearly caught my eye
