  : My room was on the ground floor as i requested. It was clean and tidy. The breakfast facilities and service were great except they were up stairs which had no handrail .
  : The room was extremely hot. There was no air con in it! The bathroom was difficult to use for me because I am quite immobile at present, The toilet was too low,and the shower was over the bathWhich was impossible for me to get in.

  : Think some of the decorating in the bedroom was a bit poor. The bathroom door surround was two different colours? Almost like they missed a bit?!

  : The staff when they were there were helpful. I loved the decking area overlooking the humber bridge & river. They should bring the cushions in at night as they were damp in the morning.The food was very good.You could walk to the foreshore. Taxis were a bit hit & miss.The pillows and bed were comfy.
  : I booked a twin and got a double room! When I queried it the receptionist said they were fully booked! We didn't have enough towels. Only one robe. It's as if they didn't know 2 people were booked in!On our last day the maid just walked in on me & my mum getting ready. She apologised and said she didn't realise anyone was in the room, she did the same to my aunt next door.When we came to check out, there was no one to be seen at reception. I wanted a print out of my bill.I called the number on reception and a phone rang on the desk. I shouted hello. But no-one to be found. In the end I walked around and finally found a staff member in a board room! Apart from that it was good value for money

  : We loved the location. Staff were very friendly, professional and helpful.At first, the room we were allocated were on the ground floor with a view to massive pipes and there was a smell of mould although windows were opened. However, when I asked staff if we can change them, the lovely lady behind the reception desk offered us rooms on the other side of the corridor, which which made a positive difference to our stay. I wish I had noted her name so I can thank her here.
  : The furniture in the rooms was clean but stained and worn out, the rooms must be renovated and refurbished completely in order to meet the category of 2 or 3 star. It was particularly disappointing that the the hotel was marketed as 4 stars/special BW collections, while I would give it even 2 stars. We didn't have time to try the restaurant but had a walk in the green space - there was no place to sit outside and enjoy the view. The couple of tables were tacky and stained. The property really looked neglected .
