  : every thing else was perfect and hope to use the same apartment again in future stays in Birmingham.also have recommended this flat to other people aswell
  : every thing was good apart from no bed linen for the fifth person on sofa bed.and the fact that the remote for the carpark hate want working properly

  : The location for getting to the NEC was perfect and thats what we needed. it was under 10 in an Uber door to door. the location in general is a bit of a run down area but once your inside thats not a big deal. there is a McDonalds KFC and Asda all within walking distance. getting into the apartment the first time is by two phone calls then you get the key this worked well for us. the staff were very friendly both in person and on the phone. we had a problem with the shower and it was sorted out in no time nothing was too much trouble for them. lovely white clean bedding and lots of towels.
  : I dont want to be over critical but this is an honest review. the bed I had was very uncomfortable with quite a few springs missing in the mattress. the apartment to me smelt like cigarette as a none smoker this bothered me. however when the cleaner came about the shower she apologised and brought air freshener so that was nice. the attention to detail regarding decor is missing and needs someone to spend a bit of time making things a little nicer like price tags on pictures still and unfinished curtains. these little details would make a big difference. in the kitchen matching cutlery, sharp knives and some oven trays would be good.

  : a sofa bed was missing so someone was forced to sleep on the floor. the smock detectors did work and where held to the ceiling with veloce.
