  : Spacious house with a small garden. 3 bedrooms, triple, twin and single. One bathroom, one en suite, downstairs cloakroom. 2015 build so modern style and warm with loads of hot water. Utilitarian furnishings, fresh white linen. Kind to leave kitchen and cooking dry stuff and shampoos in case you hadn't brought any with you. Fresh towels, bath mats. Great spot to stay for a wedding at Shustoke Barn it was just 10 in a taxi each way. This cost us 150/night a bargain and well worth the money.
  : Not enough crockery or mugs (5), for a place sleeping 7. Not enough comfortable seating for relaxing if 4 or more of you. Needs two sofas not one. Depends what you are there for, fine if you are just sleeping there. No tea towels, likely an oversight as everything else was there including clean kitchen sponge j cloths etc. Our car sat nav could not find the place nor could the taxi. Best to know local road names to help you locate it if you don't use a phone sat nav. on a housing estate not close to shops or a nice pub but easy car access to Coleshill where there were some pubs. A bit tired now with mould starting to grow on the shower tiling needs a deep clean.

  : Keys were easy to collect Beds were clean
  : House was is very poor quality. We were told this house was not available, given an alternative. The alternative house had many problems that took time to find and built up over our stay. Fire alarms missing, bare electric wires, tap in bathroom didnt work, window unable to lock, dirty pans in oven, plug in bath unable to be taken out without using a knife. Overall substandard property. DSA refused to talk, as these issues were found more than 4 hours after we entered the property, even though they only became apparent as we were using them. First glance seemed fine.

  : Lots of space expected an apartment but it was a house. Comfortable beds, clean two bathrooms and a toilet. full kitchen
  : Lack of cutlery & crockery. Not enough for six people. Lack of toilet rolls soap and kitchen cleaning stuff. Communication prior to arrival.

  : a couple of finishing were poor,lamp is bed 2 had no bulb and didnt reach a plug socket!touch ups needed when removed shelves etc in hall and sitting room.paint touch ups were noticeable as seemed slightly different colour, or type of paint.
