  : The breakfast was ok and that was about it
  : The room was very dated and could do with a freshen up! Bits of wallpaper ripped the curtains were all tore. The staff were rude and arrogant and not helpful at all. I requested an early check in online to which the told me the my couldn’t find it and didn’t help one bit when I asked if there was somewhere that I could possibly change.

  : The views are stunning, it is a lovely hotel. It is well appointment. The chairs by the window were a lovely touch.
  : Can i just say we enjoyed our stay, However there were a number of issues that needed flagged up. Upon arrival we were informed we were too early. After establishing we only wanted to leave our cases so we could go and enjoy our day we were then informed our dinner reservation had been given away to a coach party. I even showed them my booking confirmation. We had to ask for an alternative time. Although this was rebooked the restaurant didn't have a table set for us and it was only half set. The restaurant manager diidn't seem to care about our original booking being changed or the chaos we walked into. We waited 45 for medicore food, replacement cutlery ours was dirty, fresh water as the bottle was dirty etc. Jay our server was so lovely and helpful. The fact that every waiter had someone's else's dinner down their shirt seemed a bit unprofessional. At no point did we see the restaurant manager again our recieve an apolog or compensation.Although we had come back later due to our dinner being moved our cases were still reception we had to ask for them and they were simply given to us with no offer of help inspite of the coach partys cases already loaded on to a trolley that we were told to move ourselves to get our cases. It was repeatedly mentioned that we booked through booking.com we seemed to be getting the impression that booking.com customers are valued less than coach party customers.Also the carpet in our room had debris, dirt and stains

  : Didn't catch his name (possibly Balhi) but the chap who appeared to be the head waiter at breakfast couldn't do enough for us, he went above and beyond being helpful, what a nice chap!
  : Buffet breakfast was cold and some items were only partially cooked.Otherwise all was good.

  : Stayed ar hotel 2 years ago room then far superior. Service not as good as then . No shower caps as they had been forgotten to order them bin in room not emptied.
