: staff were very welcoming and helpful. Bedrooms very very clean and always topped up with coffee and biscuits etc plus a bottle of water every day.Maybe a few squeaky floorboards but it is an old building I believe. Great feel to the hotel around and the decor in the lounge and food areas was excellent. Excellent location for the stunning views over the bay and on a great bus route for the airpot and to get into the St Helier which has the main bus station
: the breakfast choice for gluten free was very limited. no cereal, no sausages .Also from all of our party we found not enough fresh fruit - never saw a banana , apple or orange that you could just pick up and eat. menu was the same all week with enough option to try one a day but not that exciting. No exciting cheese or ham choice for the continental side -again he same thing every day.

: We paid a lot of money 6 nights. Asked sea view balcony beautiful room described in pics by Booking.com. room was for one person not 2 could not pass each other in room. Wardrobe space 30cm rail in wardrobe shower over bath we are both 77 no handles to get out out had to do splits. 2 little drawers only. Hotel blamed Booking.Com said they picked the rooms we were offered another room slightly biggerStill no separate shower view over flat roofs and car park. Not able to get into small balcony. We made do kept most clothes in suitcase. Pleasant staff lovely surroundings in hotel beautiful views in lounge area. We hoped for a luxury room and got a cupboard. We paid for luxury, a rip off.Blaming Booking ,com as advised by manager at desk. They said Booking.com picked the rooms and made charges.Horrendous. The sun shone and we gad a wonderful time every day with our resident family .wonderful restaurants in Jersey. Oh and nowhere to hang towels or dressing gowns in bathroom. Such a shame. It should have been classed as a single . Huge bed filled room but comfortable. My sister and husband had a fabulous elsewhere in hotel they paid considerably Less. They are local and paid straight to hotel. We shall do that in the future. Jersey is a wonderful place to spend a holiday.
