  : Our room(cottage) was away from main building so nice and quiet at night, comfy bed .Room very clean and staff came in both days. Nice cooked breakfast and a good choice of cereals. Evening meal was very good (you have to book a table). Staff were very good and polite. Short walk to the falls was bonus.
  : Would have been nice to had a small patio set outside cottage to take in the beautiful views. Check out no staff we had to just leave key on bar.

  : The experience of dining in the restaurant was amazing. Both for the staff and food perspective. The view over the rear garden was stunning. Breakfast was equally good. our room was clean and as we were in the cottage, was quiet too. Tea and coffee making facilities, and biscuits stocked up daily
  : We were really disappointed when we chose to eat one evening in the bar rather than restaurant. We expected a cheaper style meal but were given the same menu, but service etc. that evening was poor and we had to complain to manage about it. Although our room/bathroom was clean and had all you might expect it was really quite small and of a lower standard than we would have expected for the price paid.

  : We had a lovely suite, which was kept clean and fresh. The spacious terrace was a great place to sit and watch the sun go down and the birds swooping around. The views were beautiful, despite the "church view" being hidden by the trees. It was quiet and peaceful and very relaxing. The room does however need more storage space, as the one small wardrobe was taken up with spare bedding, and there were no drawer units.
  : The breakfast service is dismal. The kitchen needs to be much sharper - it should not take 30 mins to get a poached egg on toast every day, even when it was not busy! There was only 1 day out of the week that there was no long wait and the correct food was delivered to us. The bread basket should NOT EVER be balanced on a chair! There is also no excuse for running out of something as basic as brown bread.
