  : This was such a poor experience. There's no staff in the property, they're based in a different hotel. First, you need a code to enter the property but they don't send it to you, you need to call them and it's not made clear anywhere. They originally gave me a room number and a code for the door, but when I entered the room, there were people in there who were as surprised as me to see me entering the room. I then called the reception at Henry's to ask for clarification, and they sent me in the room next to the previous one, and told me that it's the same code for the door, which meant that I could enter the room next door, and so could they. I've then emailed Henry's to change the code for my door, and called them 3 times as no answer to my emails, and their answer was that they changed the code for the other room, which was a lie as they never did, until the very moment I left. I called them again and they refused to explain more and kept saying that the code had been changed, ignoring the fact that I was literally outside the door and able to try opening. In addition to this, the room was dirty when I arrived, there was hair in the loo and a lot of dust under the bed. The mattress is also very old and incredibly hard. Overall an extremely disappointing situation and it's safe to say that I'll never set foot in there again.

  : The location was good and kitchen facilities were helpful.
  : The fire alarm kept triggering and there was no way for it to be stopped during the night. Since the alarm was continually telling us to leave the building and ringing loudly, we could not stay the second night. We have sent a message to the property demanding a refund and still have heard no response.

  : The bed was really uncomfortable and there was no where to sit and relax the two small roller blinds were broken so it was a bit dark and I expected a change of towels as we were there seven nights
