  : Location was 300yrds or more away from location. Broken flush on toilet, water all over room floor from broken fridge, broken extractor fan in bathroom, and numerous bed bug bites all over my head and arms.

  : Bedbugs, extremely dusty, so extreme it was forming as a coat in areas it covered. Places such as the TV, the slats in the cupboard door. I a didnt like absent cleaner who only took the rubbish only at her convenience. I especially didnt like getting bitten my bedbugs on my arm and legs. I binned my duffel bag and would rather sleep on the park bench than return to hellhole.

  : Location of the property was near from the town and most of the museum and other attractions are within 30 minutes walking distance. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.All 4 rooms I got had attached toilet/shower with hot/cold water facility. Toilets in the room were clean enough. Shower gel/shampoo/toilet tissue were provided,Clean beddings and towels were provided Tea bags/ coffee sachets/ sugar/ milk and some biscuits were provided in each room with some tea cups and electric kettle, however in one room the plug for kettle was missing. We only used the kettle in first floor front room.The lady whom I met in the beginning, who showed us around, she was nice, her English wasnt great but we managed to understand each other.
  : Name of the hotel was completely different than given here . We booked at Amazon Guest House and stayed at Athena Guest house. No proper reception. Tried by knocking on the door to the left once we enter the building, luckily someone came out. One small sign on the door might have make a big difference in here.Hygiene was the primary issue, specially the kitchen. Very smelly with used dishes every where and leftover foods. A very big NO from my side if you are going there with self catering option.Kitchen was not in the same building, we had to go out of the house, walk across the road , open the main door of another house using the key kept in a key box outside to enter and go up through the smelly stairs and smelly toilet to reach the very filthy kitchen. This was not explained properly while the lady showed us kitchen once we got there. We spent some time next morning to sort this out while a man answered our phone and came down from other building to show us the hidden key, when we called him regarding the locked door to get in the house to get in the kitchen, he didnt sound happy, he came down to show us the key. When I asked him about my booking (annex rooms) and the rooms I was given, he replied in a rude tone, I didnt wanted to argue and kept quiet.I booked 4 rooms for 9 people (2 children) with self catering facilities as one of us has some restrictions on eating certain food hence wanted to avoid restaurant food but due to the condition of the kitchen we couldnt do much, we did cook food Saturday morning after cleaning as we can but my family were very unhappy about the condition of the kitchen I took the responsibility and apologised to them.4 bedrooms were divided in three storeys, no reception room, I wasnt aware of this, took the blame again and apologised to my family. We used the room on the first floor facing the front as our family room until we all were ready to go to bed.

  : The Manager Im assuming the person who took my documentation was the Manager there was not introduction was friendly attentive and willing to solve any inconvenience sadly the interior of the building was poorly maintained access to reception was not available. Fortunately the Manager reserved a room which had its own bathroom I had to walk to another building found the address. The room was poorly maintained the bed was comfortable I really dislike leaving bad reviews but I must say the manager was a nice person the location was ok I imagine most people will find is a good location ! The door handle come off well I imagine we get what we pay but I have experienced better places with the same amount of money. Needs some serous investment to create a much better accommodation
