  : Location was good only10mins from city centre. Bed comfortable, good shower clean and spacious room.
  : Were told on arrival that breakfast was not provided although when we made the booking it was. We received a £20 refund. If we had known we would have cancelled and booked another guest house that did provide breakfast. Our room was just inside the entrance, every time someone arrived some sort of alarm went off twice, very noisy and meant we didn't get any sleep until the early hours on our first night

  : Location is lovely and relatively handy to get to the city centre without needing to be right there in it. Wifi is free, although that should be standard in this day and age
  : The shower didn’t work, and was so filthy I wouldn’t have wanted to use it anyway. Bedsheets had worn in stains. I was asked to confirm my check in time repeatedly but was still not expected when I showed up at the stated time and had to ring to be given a code to get in because no one was there. I was directed to the wrong room twice before being directed to the correct one (again, via phone, because no one was there to do this in person). I also had to check out via phone call as there was no sign of any staff in the establishment despite being right in the middle of check out hours.
