  : Very disappointing. Place was vile, from the horrible smell of poo and cigarettes to broken door handles and fire alarms, Im surprised people still book to stay here. I would look else where for the same amount and get way nicer places. One broken bed it was unusable, broken door handle on door so couldnt not close it.Couches felt like we were sitting on planks on wood!! Counters chipped and fire alarms hanging off the ceilings. Honestly if we have extra money to spare we would not have stayed one night in this apartment. It needs a good refurb, beds not comfy and thin sheets, place looked like it hasnt been clean since the last people stayed. Food on walls near bin, smelly fridge and dirty floors. Sweaty hand prints on walls and cobwebs. Absolutely disgusting, so glad we only stayed for a weekend! Also all pictures posted as advertisement are misleading

  : The smell of damp through the entire flat, obviously known previously as were lots of empty air freshener canisters, rat nest in garden, broken boiler pressure failure.Burst decking straps at back door. Rubbish lying at back door. Very old photos on website were very misleading. Damaged and stained furniture in lounge.

  : When I was enter the room, the electricity was not working. I checked the breaker and found that it was partially switched off, so I turned it back on, but it went off immediately, so I assumed it was probably a leak. I contacted the inn about this, but they did not answer the phone and only sent me a message with a new phone number. I called the number, only to be told that they would check. Since it was already nighttime, I decided that it was not safe to stay outside and had no choice but to book a new hotel. Since then, I have not been able to contact the inn. I contacted the dispute resolution center of booking.com on March 12. booking.com replied that they would consider a refund if they did not hear from the inn within 5 business days, but I have not heard from them since then. The inn is not only without electricity, but has also been out of contact, which is extremely dishonest.

  : I need someone to contact me for a refund. I can not get hold of booking.com this was a scam we had to book a separate hotel when we got there it was so bad.
